Agenda items include:

* Consideration of a preliminary plat for DK Ranch, to be located at the intersection of 27th Street and U.S. Highway 183.

* Setting of a public hearing for a change of zoning classification from "A-L" agriculture to "R-1" single family dwelling district on a tract of land at the intersection of 27th Street and U.S. Highway 183.
