The Hays Arts Council will present Omaha Theater Company's "The Little Engine That Could" at 7 p.m. Feb. 19 at Fort Hays State University's Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center.

Admission costs $5 for children and $7 for adults. Tickets are available at the HAC, 112 E. 11th, or the FHSU Memorial Union.
