SALINA, Kan. -- After an exciting 2012 season the Champions at the Salina Speedway in Salina, Kansas will be honored on Saturday, January 26 at the Championship Banquet.
The banquet will be held at the Masonic Temple at 336 South Santa Fe in Salina. The doors will open with Happy Hour at 4:00PM, dinner served at 5:00PM, and the awards ceremony starting at 6:00PM.
Tickets for the banquet will be $25 per person and must be purchased in advance. Invitations with RSVP forms will be sent to all drivers and car owners. RSVP forms will also be available on the website for attendees to print out and mail to the Speedway.
RSVPs are due by January 20.
Everyone, including fans, are more than welcome to attend a night of fun and festivities remembering the 2012 season and preparing for a great 2013 season!
Following the awards ceremony the Rob Northcut Band will perform to celebrate the evening. At that time we will open the banquet to the general public to attend the concert for a cover charge of $10.
Champions honored include Delbert Smith in the Friesen Chevrolet Late Models presented by M&H Motors and Cave Diver's Liquor, Joe Cleveland in the Belleville Motorsports IMCA Modifieds, Austin Carter in the Coors Light IMCA Stock Cars, Jesse Levin in the Xtreme Motorsports IMCA Northern SportMods, Brandon Gray in the Auto House Mod Lites, GW Fuller in the Budweiser IMCA Hobby Stocks, and Brendon Thiessen in the T&R Dirt Construction Mini Stocks.
