WHAT

* The World of Outlaws pay their first visit of the year to the famed Eldora Speedway in Ohio this weekend for two full nights of racing on Friday, May 8 and Saturday, May 9. The two nights of racing will be the second and third in a string of six consecutive events on half-mile tracks for the World of Outlaws. Last year four different drivers picked up wins in the five events that the series ran at Eldora, with Joey Saldana being the only repeat winner. Dating back to 1978, 30 different drivers have scored A-Feature wins with the World of Outlaws at the half-mile. Steve Kinser, who is the winningest driver in the history of Eldora Speedway, leads the series into the legendary oval as the current series points leader on the strength of 14 Top-10 finishes in 15 events this season.

WHEN

* On Friday May 8 at Eldora Speedway, the pit gates will open at 3 p.m. Eastern, with the grandstand gates opening also at 3 p.m. Eastern and hot laps set for 6 p.m. Eastern

* On Saturday, May 9 at Eldora Speedway, the pit gates will open at 2 p.m. Eastern, with the grandstand gates opening at 3 p.m. Eastern and hot laps set for 6 p.m. Eastern.

* Eldora Speedway is located 2 ½ miles north of Rossburg, Ohio on State Road 118 (60 miles northwest of Dayton).
