Beckman-Bose
John and Thea Beckman, Scott City, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Shalea Beckman, to Lester Bose, son of Donato and Lerma Bose, Hays.
Grandparents of the couple are Harold and Wilma Beckman, Phillipsburg, Everett and Beverly Cunningham, Oakley, the late James Noel, Eufemia Bose and Donato Bose Sr., both of San Francisco, and the late Florencio and Francisa Mensalvas.
The bride-elect is a registered nurse at Mercy Regional Medical Center, Manhattan.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2008 graduate of Fort Hays State University. He is employed at Mercy Regional Medical Center.
An Oct. 4, 2008, wedding is planned at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Scott City.
