Billinger-Davies
Ken Billinger and Linda VanMeter announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jenifer Day Billinger, to Ryan Francis Davies, son of Frank and Connie Davies.
Grandparents of the couple are Viola Billinger, Hays, the late Joseph "Red" Billinger, Norv Snook, Temecula, Calif, the late Jeanne Snook, the late Will and Gladys Davies, and the late Elmer and Viola Clingan.
The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Troy High School, Placentia, Calif., and 2001 graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a first assistant manager at Nordstrom's Department Store, La Jolla, Calif.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Brea Olinda High School, Brea, Calif, and a 2000 graduate of University of California. He owns Titan Commodities, San Diego.
An outdoor wedding is planned Sept. 27, 2008, at Lake Oak Meadows, Temecula.
