William and Virginia (Tina) Hamel Bobek, Plainville, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 10, 2010.

The couple have three children and seven grandchildren, Kayla and Rocky Hamblet (Lindsey, Lacey, Landon), Plainville; Chris and Stacey (Pywell) Bobek (Dalton, Simone), Aurora, Colo.; and Kevin and Shari (Eisiminger) Bobek (Samantha, Colton), Plainville.
