Kevin and Cindy Brungardt, Medicine Lodge, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Rachael Brungardt, to Cole Hauser, son of James and Mary Hauser, Nashville.
Grandparents are Bud Brungardt, Earl and Juanita Lumpkins, Great Bend.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Wichita State University with biomedical graduate studies in physics, chemistry and biology with a minor in women's studies She is a student at the University of Kansas School of Medicine.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Friends University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a minor in marketing. He is a train conductor with BNSF Railway.
A July 12, 2008, wedding is planned at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Sharon.
