Tom and Debbie Casper, Hays, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Andrea Casper, to Rickey Briney, son of Mike and Ginger Fritzler, Ness City, and Rick and Yvonne Briney, La Crosse.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Thomas More Prep-Marian High School. She is employed at Hays Medical Center.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Ness City High School. He is employed at Fritzler Trucking.
A Nov. 15, 2008, wedding is planned at Presbyterian Church, Hays.
