Cleon and Anita (Moore) Davis, Hill City, were married 50 years ago on Aug. 12, 1959, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hill City.

Together, 50 years later, the couple still live on the farm, homesteaded by Cleon's grandmother in 1881, and where their family of six children were raised.

Children of the couple are Juanita Cooper, Oklahoma City, Christine Davis, Newtown Square, Pa., Susan Protzman and husband, Christopher, Richland, Wash., Carl Davis and wife, Julie, Roseanne Segarra and husband, Robert, and Jason Davis and wife, Wanda, all of Hill City.

The couple have six grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Aaron and Arik Davis, Dominic Protzman, and Alee and Colt Segarra,
