Jerry and Gloria DeWitt, Prairie View, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kassandra DeWitt, to William Artz, son of Ken and Linda Artz, Phillipsburg.
Grandparents are Dick and Ila DeWitt.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Logan High School, a 2007 graduate of Dordt College with a bachelor's degree in communications. She is employed by Nex-Tech/Rural Telephone in Norton and Phillipsburg.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Phillipsburg High School, a 2001 graduate of Fort Hays State University, with a bachelor of agricultural science degree. He operates the family's alfalfa business and also is employed by Velocity.
A May 30, 2009, wedding is planned at Luctor Christian Reformed Church, Prairie View.
