Carol Dawn Grover and Mark Daniel Murphy were married May 23, 2009, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Great Bend, with Father Floyd McKinney officiating.

Parents of the couple are Karl and Cathy Grover, Great Bend, and Dan and Arloa Murphy, WaKeeney.

Honor attendant was Jenny O'Neill, Apple Valley, Minn., friend of the bride. Attendants were Jen Oelschlager, Denver, Jennifer Tormey, Sauk City, Wis., and Amy Zavala, Wichita, all friends of the bride.

Best man was Darren Murphy, Wichita, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Brent Oelke, Denver, and Jeremy Lewis, Great Bend, friends of the groom, and Ben Grover, brother of the bride.

Ringbearer was Parker Dodson, cousin of the bride.

The bride is employed by Banfield Pet Hospital, Wichita.

The groom is employed by Koch Industries, Wichita.

Following a wedding trip to Hawaii, the newlyweds are at home in Wichita.
