Otto and Carol (Rome) Dinkel, Victoria, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this summer with a trip to Lake of the Ozarks with their family.

Children of the couple are Kim Cavanaugh and husband, Mike, Wentzville, Mo., and Kurt Dinkel and wife, Shanna, Victoria. The couple has four grandchildren, Karly Cavanaugh, Brady, Ally and Emma Dinkel; six step-grandchildren, Heather, Adam, Mathew, Michael, Samual and Ryan Cavanaugh; and five step-great-grandchildren.

Otto and Carol (Rome) Dinkel were married Sept. 1, 1962, in Victoria.
