Harold and Janie Dorzweiler, Catherine, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Barbara Dorzweiler, to Jared Lewis, son of Mike and Marlene Pollock, Norton, and Lloyd Lewis II and Kim Wages, Great Bend.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Hays High School and North Central Kansas Technical College in nursing. She is employed at Hays Medical Center.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Great Bend High School. He is employed at Radke Implement and is in the U.S. Army.
A Nov. 28, 2009, wedding is planned in Hays.
