Jamie Lee Dreher and Devin David Grooms were married Oct. 4, 2008, at St. Nicholas of Myra Catholic Church, Hays, with Father Daryl Olmstead officiating.

Parents of the couple are Rick and Kathy Dreher, Hays, and Dave and DeEtta Grooms, McCook, Neb.

Grandparents are Hildegarde Dreiling, the late Virgil Dreiling, Eddie and Carol Dreher, Edith Nilson, the late Edgar Nilson, Mildred Grooms and the late Eugene Grooms.

The bride was escorted by her father.

Honor attendant was Stevie Finnesy, friend of the bride. Attendants were April LeMarr, cousin of the bride, Lindsey Hamblet, friend of the bride, and Echo Grooms and Melody Wallace, both sisters of the groom.

Best man was John Tietjens, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Ryan Duskie, Drew Duskie and Aaron Gillespie, friends of the groom, and Kyle Dreher, brother of the bride. Ushers were Travis Wallace, brother-in-law of the groom, John Grooms and Tom Grooms, both cousins of the groom, and J.B. Harding, friend of the groom.

Flowergirl was Lilly LeMarr, cousin of the bride. Ringbeaer was Cooper Duskie, godson of the groom.

The bride is a graduate of Hays Academy of Hair Design and North Central Kansas Technical College. She is employed at Cedar View.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Northwest Kansas Technical College and Fort Hays State University. He is a combination technician at Rural Telephone/Nex-Tech.

Following a wedding trip to Jamaica, the newlyweds are at home in Hays.
