Verlin and Jane Dreiling, Hays, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary July 5, 2008, with an open house hosted by their children.

Children of the couple are Linda Lesovsky and husband, Don, Lakewood, Colo., Lois Smith and husband, Jerry, Marion, Judith Purdy and husband, Jim, Hays, and Kevin Dreiling and wife, Jan, Hutchinson.

The couple have eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Verlin Dreiling and Jane Brown were married July 12, 1948, in Victoria.
