Alex and Shari Dreiling, Victoria, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Heather Dreiling, to Cody Pfaff, son of Blaine and Nikki Pfaff, Plainville.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Victoria High School and a 2005 graduate of North Central Kansas Technical School. She is a financial service representative at Hays Medical Center.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Plainville High School and a 2004 graduate of Wyoming Technical School. He is employed at RANS and is a sergeant in the U.S. Army reserves.

A Sept. 5, 2009, wedding is planned at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria.
