Delbert and Patricia "Toots" Engel, Garland, Texas, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with a family picnic at the city park in Victoria, hosted by their children.
Children of the couple are David Engel, Garland, Texas, and Sandra and David Pate, Rowlett, Texas.
The couple have one grandchild.
Delbert Engel and Patricia Schumacher were married June 6, 1959, at St. Francis Catholic Church, Munjor.
