Kendall and Marilyn Gittinger, Goodland, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Amanda Gittinger, to Timothy Tibbits, son of John and Rosalee Tibbits, Minneapolis.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Goodland High School and a 2005 graduate of Fort Hays State University. She is employed at Hays Medical Center.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Minneapolis High School and attended Cloud County Community College. He is employed at ServiceMaster of Hays.

An April 20, 2013, wedding is planned at Celebration Community Church, Hays.
