Bob and Phyllis (Karlin) Green, Dunn, N.C., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 10, 2009, with a reception and dinner in Branson, Mo.

Children of the couple are Matt and Stacie Green, Scandia, Minn., Timothy and Mary Green, Henniker, N.H., Erin and Chuck Forst, Coventry, Conn., and Robert and Stacy Green, Fort Collins, Colo.

The couple have 13 grandchildren, Cassidy, Camryn and McKenna Green, Michelle, Patrick and Benjamin Green, two step-grandchildren Kyle and Shane, Samantha, Jessica and Jonathan Forst, and Alexander and Bryson Green.

Bob and Phyllis (Karlin), Green were married Oct 3, 1959, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hays.
