Dave and Elaine Haberman, Hays, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kimberly Anne Haberman, to Wesley John Georgeson, son of Trent and Stacy Richmond, Norton.
Grandparents of the couple are Betty Gerstner, Hays, Francis and Coleta Haberman, Great Bend, Garrett and Neva Beydler, Norton, and the late Verlin (Sonny) Gerstner.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Thomas More Prep-Marian High School and a 2012 graduate of Kansas State University with a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology and exercise physiology.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2008 graduate of Norton Community High School and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in agribusiness with minors in leadership and business at K-State. He is employed with Aflac in Manhattan.
An Aug. 11, 2012, wedding is planned at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hays.
