Hansen-Palmberg
Charles and Carol Hansen, Plainville, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Chanda Hansen, to Wade Palmberg, son of Thane and Edith Palmberg, Lawrence.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Plainville High School, Fort Hays State University with a bachelor's in business administration, and Baker University with a master's degree in business administration. She is a senior accountant for Coventry Health Care of Kansas, Kansas City, Mo.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He is a design team leader for Engineered Air, DeSoto.
A Sept. 20, 2008, wedding is planned at St. Ann Catholic Church, Prairie Village.
