Mark and Sheryl Kingman, Topeka, and Wayne and Sandy Brungardt, Hays, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Lindsay Kingman and Matthew Brungardt.

Grandparents of the couple are Paul and Martha Smith, Topeka, Barbara Kingman, Topeka, Velma Weigel Hays, the late Richard Kingman, the late Albinus Weigel and the late Mildred and Tom Brungardt.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Shawnee Heights High School, Topeka, and a 2007 graduate of Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in interior design.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Thomas More Prep-Marian High School, a 2004 graduate of Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in financial management and a 2011 graduate of Park University, Kansas City, with a master's degree and emphasis in international business. He is a senior financial analyst with H and R Block, Kansas City.

A June 23, 2012, wedding is planned at Grace Episcopal Cathedral, Topeka.
