Robert and Janet Koerner, Hays, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lana Koerner, to Kyle Robison, son of Terry and Linda Ingermanson, Solomon, and Dave Robison, Abilene.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Hays High School and a 2004 graduate of Fort Hays State University with a bachelor's degree in health and human performance. She is a real estate agent at Weichert Realtors, Overland Park.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Abilene High School, a 2004 graduate of FHSU with a bachelor's degree in health and human performance and a 2006 graduate of FHSU with a master's degree exercise science. He is a research study coordinator at Cardiovascular Imaging Technologies, Kansas City, Mo.

An Aug. 1, 2009, wedding is planned at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria.
