Richard and Loretta Kreutzer, Hays, will celebrate their 40th anniversary July 4, 2009, with a wedding anniversary blessing at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. There will be a reception hosted by their children and grandchildren for family and friends.

Children of the couple are Roger and Sue Kreutzer, Laura and Ron Chartier, and Rene and Kale Meyers, all of Hays, and Linda Bussman, Derby. The couple have 12 grandchildren.

Richard Kreutzer and Loretta Wiesner were married on July 4, 1969.
