V.J. and Paula Kroeger
V.J. "Slats" and Paula Kroeger, Ellis, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 18, 2008.
The couple will celebrate with a cruise this spring with their children.
Children of the couple are Kim and husband, Ben, Jackie and husband, Dennis, all of Hays; and Ward and wife, Kristi, Nebraska.
The couple have eight grandchildren.
V.J. "Slats" Kroeger and Paula Erbert were married Oct. 18, 1958, in Ellis.
