Dani Lambrecht and Kyle Ricke were married May 23, 2009, at St. Nicholas of Myra Catholic Church, Hays, with Father Daryl Olmstead officiating.

Parents of the couple are Greg and Kim Lambrecht, Hays, and Mark and Norma Ricke, Medicine Lodge.

Grandparents of the couple are Earl and Luella Lambrecht, EIlis, and the late George and Roberta Turner, Elizabeth Terry, Sharon, the late Carl Terry, and the late Walter and Mildred Ricke.

The bride was escorted by her father. Honor attended was Megan Schmeidler, friend of the bride. Attendants were Kellie Roy, friend of the bride, Darcie Capo, cousin of the bride and Stacie Strong, sister of the groom,

Best man was Bryan Ricke, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jordan Poland, friend of the groom, Ryan Cunningham, brother-in-law of the groom, and Cole Erb, friend of the groom. Ushers were Chad Depperschmidt and Jeremy McDonald, cousins of the bride, and Tyler Strong and Shane Winsor, brothers-in-law of the groom.

Flower girl was Kierstyn Cunningham, niece of the groom, and ringbearer was Turner Depperschmidt, cousin of the bride. Candlelighters were Karlee Ahrenholtz and Abby Depperschmidt, cousins of the bride. Vocalist was Candice Yunker, cousin of the bride, accompanied by Justin Sullivan.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Hays High School. She is a senior majoring in elementary education with a minor in special education at Fort Hays State University and plans to graduate in May. She is a paraeducator at Southwest Elementary, Pratt.

The bridegroom is a 2006 graduate of Medicine Lodge High School. He is a senior at FHSU majoring in elementary education with a minor in special education and will graduate in December. He is student teaching and coaching at Pratt-Skyline, Pratt.

Following a wedding trip to the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, the newlyweds are at home in Pratt.
