Loo-Gross

Samuel and Lydia Loo, Wichita, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Colleen Loo, to Derick Gross, son of Kraig and Laure Gross, Hays.

Grandparents are Chao Hsiang Chi, the late Sue Hwei Min Chi, the late Lorenzo Loo, the late Tam Sii de Loo, Ken and Shirley Gross, Edna Schulte and the late Elmer Schulte.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Wichita Collegiate School and Kansas State University with degrees in chemical science and biochemistry. She is attending the University of Kansas School of Medicine.

The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Thomas More Prep-Marian High School and attended KSU. He is attending the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy.

A July 26, 2008, wedding is planned at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Wichita.
