Dennis and Annette Lucero, Las Vegas, N.M., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sarah Lucero, to Robert Philip Jr., son of Bob and Bonnie Philip, Munjor.

Grandparents of the couple are Bob and Teresa Burger, Las Vegas, Gilbert and Navolena Lucero, Chilili, N.M., the late George Maes, Julian and Norma Huser, Vincent, Ernestine Augustine, Munjor, the late William Philip III, and the late Alfred Augustine.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Robertson High School, Las Vegas, and a 2009 graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute with a degree in pastry and baking. She is a cake decorator at Sugarlips Cakery, Mesa, Ariz.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Hays High School and a 2002 graduate of Collins Technical College in Tempe, Ariz., with a PC/Networking degree. He is an account manager at GoDaddy.com, Scottsdale, Ariz.

A June 30, 2012, wedding is planned at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Las Vegas.
