Christina Ann Miller and Matthew Axelson were married May 3, 2008, at First Christian Church, Plainville, with Minister Larry Llyes officiating.

Parents of the couple are Dennis and Jackie Miller, Hays, and Jennifer Thompson, Sevierville, Tenn., and Rick and Sheryln Axelson, Plainville.

The bride was escorted by her father.

Honor attendant was Shelly Miller, sister of the bride. Attendants were Sherry Wellbrock, Jennifer Patterson and Tiffany Axelson.

Best man was Lane Little, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Mike Axelson, Mark Axelson and Miles Axelson, all brothers of the groom. Ushers were Josh Miller and Justin Miller, both brothers of the bride.

Candlelighters were Shelly Miller and Lane Little.

Flower girls were Taegan Plante and Karlee Plante, nieces of the bride. Ringbearer was Daxson Axelson, nephew of the groom.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Hays High School. She is a medical assistant at Heartland Dermatology Center.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Plainville High School and Salina Vo-tech. He is employed by ANR Pipeline.

Following a wedding trip to Estes Park, Colo., the newlyweds are at home in Lyons.
