Carly Jane Musil and Clayton Dallas Hill were married Aug. 9, 2008, at First United Methodist Church, Hays, with Pastor Jerre Nolte officiating the double ring ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Gary and Connie Musil, Frankfort, and Mark and Scarlett Hill, Hoxie. Grandparents of the couple are Marion and Ruth Musil and Jerry Adams, all of Frankfort, Bruce and Marilyn Selby, Colby, and Bill and Mary Hill, Great Bend.

The bride was escorted by her father.

Honor attendant was Ashley Suther, friend of the bride. Attendants were Audra Wessel, cousin of the bride, and Shea Hill and Cori Hill, sisters of the groom.

Best man was Wes Bell, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Adam Musil and Taylor Musil, brothers of the bride, and Jeremy Farber, friend of the groom.

Flower girl was Rebecca Adams. Ring bearer was Gavin Bell. Candlelighters were Lucas Adams and Jessa Jones. Ushers were Weston Adams, Logan Jones and Jonathan Hill. Readers were Danielle Lawlor and Diane Hill. Guest book and corsage attendants were Elizabeth Musil, Sarah Jones and Sheila Polson. Pianist was Jennifer Pfenninger, and soloist was Shea Hill.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Frankfort High School and a 2006 graduate of Kansas State University with an elementary/middle school math degree. She is an eighth-grade math teacher at Kennedy Middle School, Hays.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Hoxie High School and a 2006 graduate of Emporia State University with degrees in criminology and English. He is a police officer/SSRT member for the city of Hays.

Following a wedding trip to Jamaica, the newlyweds are at home in Hays.
