Daniel and Emily Pfeifer, Hays, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a gathering July 23 to 26 at Mother Cabrini Shrine, Denver. The couple renewed their vows with a Mass on July 26.

Children of the couple are Kevan Pfeifer and wife, Melanie, Shepherd, Mont., Robin Pfeifer, Miles City, Mont., Stephanie Pederden and husband, Les, Aurora, Colo., Randy Pfeifer and wife, Debby, Hays, and Kimberly Weber and husband, Brian, Manhattan.

The couple have 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Daniel Pfeifer and Emily Werth were married Aug. 29, 1959, at St. Anthony Church, Schoenchen.
