Jon and Alice Quinday, Russell, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn Quinday, to Tylor Joseph Ode, son of Roger and Janet Schmidt, Russell.

Grandparents of the couple are Olivia Korbe, Liebenthal, the late Killian Korbe, Gib and Judy Anderson, Montague, Calif., Don and Connie Schmidt, Jewell, Millie Hyman, Beloit, and the late Bob Hyman.

The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Russell High School and is attending Barton County Community College to pursue a degree in special education. She is a special-education para at USD 407 Russell.

The prospective bridegroom is employed at Agco Inc., Russell.

A May 4, 2013, wedding is planned at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Russell.
