Joe and Jeannie Rehmer, Grinnell, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jessica Ann Rehmer, to Reid Colin Werth, son of Gary and Cindy Werth, Quinter.

Grandparents of the couple are Richard and Juilette Schreiner, Ogallah; Rosemary Werth, Quinter; the late George Werth; Bernice and Ralph Hansen, and LeeAnn Rehmer, all of Grinnell; and the late Joe Rehmer Sr.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Grinnell High School and is attending Fort Hays State University majroing in radiologic technology. She is doing her clinicals at Hays Medical Center.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2006 graduate of Quinter High School. He is a farmer and rancher in partnership with GG&T Land and Cattle Co., Quinter.

An Aug. 15, 2009, wedding is planned in Grinnell.
