Stephen Tudor, Topeka, and the late Kim "Casey" (Christensen) Starbuck announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Elizabeth "Betsy" Tudor, to Travis Neihardt, son of Carol and Nelson Neihardt, Ozawkie.
Grandparents of the groom are Herb and Wilma Hoover, Hays.
The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Olathe North High School and attended Neosho County Community College. She is employed at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1997 graduate of Thomas More Prep-Marian High School and attended Fort Hays State University. He is employed at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas.
A Feb. 9, 2013, wedding is planned at Highland Park United Methodist Church, Topeka.
