Wichita State announces fall graduates

WICHITA -- More than 925 students completed their degrees at Wichita State University in fall 2012.

Undergraduate students who have attained a grade-point average of 3.9 out of a possible 4.0 received the summa cum laude award; those with an average of 3.55 received the magna cum laude award; and those with an average of 3.25 received the cum laude.

Students receiving degrees include:

Agra: Tonya S. Wisinger, bachelor of arts in education, elementary education.

Downs: Chase L. Marzolf, master of arts, communication.

Hays: Jordan A. Bollig, master of music, music performance; Prabesh Karki, bachelor of science in aerospace engineering.

Hill City: Nicholas D. Worcester, bachelor of arts in sport management, cum laude.

Phillipsburg: Hali J. Rowland, bachelor of arts, communication-broadcast journalism, magna cum laude.
