Larry and Millie Winterscheidt, Ellis, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary July 7, with a dinner and dance at Knights of Columbus Hall, Ellis, hosted by their children and grandchildren.

Children of the couple are Jerry Winterscheidt and wife, Cindi, Longmont, Colo., Jodi Marie Winterscheidt, Hays, and Lee Winterscheidt and wife, Lindy, Cedar Falls, Iowa.

The couple has five grandchildren, Dustin Winterscheidt, Laramie, Wyo., Corey Winterscheidt, Longmont, Kaylee and Drew Winterscheidt, Cedar Falls, and Ashlee Winterscheidt, Hays.

Larry and Millie (Boos) Winterscheidt were married Aug. 6, 1962, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Ellis.
