Bret and Tami Wood, Hays, and Howard and Peggy King, Phillipsburg, announce the upcoming marriage of their children, Kelsey Lyn Wood and Jordan Nolan King.

Grandparents of the couple are Ed and Barb Tien, Wendell and Alice Lentz, Gerry Pearson and Robert Wood, all of Phillipsburg, and Carl and Delores Zollman, rural Prairie View.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Phillipsburg High School, a 2004 graduate of Kansas State University with an associate's degree and a 2009 graduate of Colby Community College with an associate's degree of applied science in dental hygiene. She is a dental hygienist at Discover Dental Center, Salina.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of PHS and a 2004 graduate of KSU with an associate's degree in electronics engineering technology. He is a student at University of Kansas School of Pharmacy. He is a pharmacy student intern for CVS Pharmacy, Leawood.

An Aug. 8, 2009, wedding is planned at Messiah Lutheran Church, Hays.
