Jaelyn Jo Spangler, daughter of Joe and Erica (Tiede) Spangler, Hays, was born March 24, 2009.

She was 7 pounds and 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Mitch and Patty Tiede, Goodland, and Don and Sherry Spangler, Hays.

Great-grandparents are T.J. and Pat Martin and Wilbur Tiede, all of Goodland, the late Maxine Tiede, Jeanie and Burdel Thurston, McCook, Neb., the late Blaine Jones, and the late Paul and Veronica Spangler.

Michaela Ann Koster, daughter of Dan and Anita Koster, Hays, was born April 6, 2009.

She was 7 pounds, 5 ounces. She was 20 inches long.

She has a sister, Hannah, 2.

Grandparents are Don and Nila Walker and Dee Koster, all of Hays.

Great-grandparents are Bessie Walker, Concordia, Lois Davis, Hoxie, and Edna Schiltz, Selden.
