PUEBLO, Colo. – The Fort Hays State University tennis team grabbed a 7-2 win Thursday over Colorado State University-Pueblo.

The Tigers went 3-0 in doubles with Lauren Lindell and Natalie Lubbers grabbing an 8-5 win at No. 1. Macy Moyers and Ellea Ediger picked up an 8-2 win at No. 2 and Nicole Lubbers and Laura Jimenez-Lendinez won 8-3 at No. 3.

In singles action, the losses came at No. 1 and No. 3 with Natalie Lubbers and Lindell falling.

Jimenez-Lendinez won 6-4 at No. 2, and FHSU won the final three singles matches as Nicole Lubbers, Moyers and Ediger picking up wins.

FHSU is 2-0 in the fall with matches scheduled today against Metropolitan State College of Denver and Colorado Mesa.
