DODGE CITY — In the third-place game, the Wallace County boys jumped out to a 16-6 lead after the first quarter.

But that was as good as it got for Wallace County. South Barber put up 52 points in the next two quarters to win going away, 74-41.

The Chieftains led 28-23 at halftime before outscoring the Wildcats 30-2 in the third quarter.

Trever Medina led Wallace County with 18 points.

Cole Coggins led South Barber with 17 points and was one of four Chieftains in double figures.
