Notes — Hoxie, the defending Eight-Man Division I state champion, is 8-1 and will travel to unbeaten Clifton-Clyde in next week’s regional round. The game was 22-21 at halftime in favor of the host Indians.

Otis-Bison 60, Pretty Prairie 12

Notes — The Cougars — save for a tie with South Barber — haven’t been touched since falling 28-14 to Victoria in Week 1. Outside of the tie (weather), none of Otis-Bison’s game have made it past the early stages of the third quarter. Next up is Hutchinson-Central Christian (7-2) next week in Hutchinson.

St. Francis 46, Stockton 0

Notes — Stockton ends its season at 3-6, while St. Francis remains unbeaten ahead of next week’s showdown with Victoria. That game will be in St. Francis.

Northern Valley 74, Greeley County 44

Notes — Northern Valley pulled away in the second half, moving to 7-2, and now will get to take on 7-2 Dighton in the regional round.

Clifton-Clyde 60, Trego 14

Notes — Trego Community ended its season at 4-5 with three straight losses — to teams with a combined one loss.

Dighton 48, Thunder Ridge 12

Notes — The Longhorns ended their first season under Joel Struckhoff with a 5-4 mark. The teams that beat the Longhorns in this season all advanced to the regional round of the playoffs.

Sylvan-Lucas 44, Wallace County 0

Notes — Sylvan-Lucas moved to 6-3, but faces a regional date with Osborne, a team it lost to, 60-14, on Sept. 21.

Osborne 48, Triplains-Brewster 0

Notes — Osborne hasn’t lost since Week 2 to Hoxie ahead of next week’s game against Sylvan-Lucas, a team it already blew out. Darrien Holloway had four rushing scores Thursday.

Smith Center 35, Oakley 0

Notes — The Redmen have won six straight with three shutouts since falling to Phillipsburg. The Redmen await the winner between Ellis and Salina-Sacred Heart.
