Midwest offers alley cleanup reminder

Midwest Energy has requested Hays residents with items in their alleys for the citywide cleanup to keep items 3 feet from gas meters and to not lean any household items or tree limbs against meters. Doing so could dislodge the meter and greatly slows the meter-reading process.
