Rezoning of 27th and 183 Alternate on the table

The Hays Area Planning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
Agenda items include:
* Public hearing for a change of zoning classification from agriculture to single family dwelling district for 35.4 acres located at the intersection of 27th Street and U.S. Highway 183 Alternate.
* Public hearing for a change of zoning classification from agriculture to general commercial and service district for 19 acres located at the intersection of 27th Street and U.S. Highway 183 Alternate.
* Consideration of preliminary plat of DK Ranch.
