Deadlines set for TMP fundraiser

Thomas More Prep-Marian High School announced the deadline for its annual bake sale fundraiser.

Those interested in bierocks, kuchen or cookie dough have until Nov. 2 to place an order.

Volunteers will gather at the kitchen of the local Catholic junior-senior high school Nov. 9 to fill orders that can be picked up later that afternoon.

New this year will be blackberry kuchen, for which there will be a limited supply at $15 each.

The chocolate chip cookie dough -- made ahead of time, frozen and available all year long -- is $8 per tub, which makes 30 to 36 cookies.

Bierocks and kuchen will be freshly baked that day but can be frozen. Bierocks are $30 per dozen, while the other three kuchen flavors besides blackberry (apple, peach or cherry) are $10 each.
