LARNED, Kan. (AP) -- Federal prosecutors say a man already committed as a sexual predator at Larned State Hospital has been charged with making child pornography while in custody.

U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said in a news release Wednesday that 33-year-old Christopher M. Case enticed a 15-year-old and a 13-year-old to videotape sex acts and post them on the Internet while he was a patient. He also is charged with two counts of producing child pornography and two counts of sending obscene material to a child.

Case was incarcerated at Larned on a May 2003 conviction of attempted aggravated indecent solicitation of a child in Saline County.

If convicted, Case faces at least 25 years on each production count and at least 10 years for each count of second obscene material to a child.
