LENEXA - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is announcing a public hearing to be held in Kansas City, Mo., on June 9, for the proposed rule "Renewable Fuel Standard Program: Standards for 2017 and Biomass-Based Diesel Volume for 2018." The hearing will provide an opportunity for the public to comment on the proposal. All persons wanting to speak should register in advance, by May 31, 2016.
What: Public Hearing on Proposed Rule - Renewable Fuel Standard Program: Standards for 2017 and Biomass-Based Diesel Volume for 2018.
When: June 9, 2016. The hearing will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will end when all parties present who wish to speak have had an opportunity to do so.
