February is National Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, dedicated to raising awareness about healthy and unhealthy relationships, warning signs and prevention efforts. Jana’s Campaign is doing their part by developing a Teen Dating Violence Awareness Toolkit to help communities better understand, prevent and respond to instances of teen dating violence.

Q: I had two vaccines and a booster and still got COVID-19. A mild case for sure, but now I have symptoms of long COVID-19 -- fatigue, foggy brain, some stomach problems. Will getting another vaccination help at all? -- George T., Eugene, Oregon

DEAR DR. ROACH: I am an active 65-year-old woman with no significant health issues. I walk at least 2 miles a day. My 87-yearold mother was diagnosed with rectal cancer in May and passed away in September of this year. After her diagnosis, she informed us that her mother had colorectal cancer at age 74. My 67-year-old sibling had polyps removed during a colonoscopy five years ago. His doctor recommended exams every seven years instead of every 10 years.
