Over the weekend, Tiger baseball hosted the Regis Rangers in a four game series at Larks Park. Though the Rangers took three out of four games, Fort Hays was able to find their first win of the season during game two of Saturday’s double header.
NORTON – Thomas More Prep-Marian sent four wrestlers to the Class 3-2-1A regional at Norton Community High School, with one Monarch coming up just short of qualifying for this week’s Class 3-2-1A state tournament in Hays.
Fort Hays State softball played a pair of hard fought games Sunday afternoon against two Arkansas competitors. In the opening game, the Tigers lost a tough 3-2 battle to Southern Arkansas before rallying in game two for an extra-inning victory 4-2.
