CDBG Chestnut Suites project making progress-Phase 1 nearly complete

Phase 1 of the CDBG redevelopment project at 1108 North Main Street is expected to wrap up in the coming weeks. On October 23, 2025, Assistant City Manager Jarrod Kuckelman and developer Adam Pray presented City Commissioners an update with photos of the project’s progress to renovate the downtown property into a new luxury short-term rental Airbnb location called Chestnut Suites.
